Information you provide
The request form collects your name, business email, company, industry, optional phone number and company size, and the message you submit. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry.
Attribution and abuse prevention
The form may include the page where your visit began, the referring page, campaign parameters, and the article associated with your request. First-party session storage preserves this context during your visit. A keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive submissions; the form plugin does not store raw IP addresses with enquiries. The hosting server may maintain separate access and security logs.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are accessible to authorized administrators. This release does not send enquiries to an external CRM or AI service. Administrators should retain them only while needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then remove information no longer required.
Cookies and external links
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. The custom site theme does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.
Your requests

Do not submit passwords, regulated personal information, or confidential technical evidence through this form.
